Consistent Computer Bargains, Inc. is in the business of reselling via: marketing, quoting, securing special pricing, selling and shipping computer software and hardware. CCB strives to provide the best value and customer service available to the nonprofit marketplace. We seek excellence in all we do and will continually work to be the most respected reseller to the nonprofit market.

Guiding Principles

In fulfilling our Mission, we at CCB, Inc. will be guided by the following principles.

We place a high value on our employees and want them to be the best in their respective responsibilities. To achieve this we must properly train them to carry out their responsibilities, treat them with respect, provide an environment so they can have satisfaction from their work and share in the profits and opportunities that are created from the business.

We must be responsible as employees of CCB, Inc. to be builders of the company rather than just workers who have a place to go each day. Each of us must provide the proper attitude to our areas of responsibility. We should desire to build up CCB, Inc. rather than focusing on self.

Without our customers we will have no business. We must provide products and services that give our customers the best value in the market place. Their satisfaction is critical to our success and we must earn and maintain their loyalty through our consistent performance.

We view our suppliers as partners in business. In this relationship, we must fully utilize their capabilities, respect their contributions and pay them promptly for their products and services.

The community in which we live is important to all CCB, Inc. employee's and their families. We will contribute a reasonable amount of time and resources to help make it a better place to live.

Pride

We must be proud of whatever we do. If something is worth doing, it is worth doing right. We must be responsible to our assigned responsibilities so that we are dependable and do not put any unnecessary burden on our associates or the company. Together everyone achieves more. People

We must treat everyone as we would like to be treated. Employees, customers and suppliers must be treated honestly, ethically and with respect. We are responsible for our attitudes and should continue to ask ourselves, "Are our attitudes worth catching?".

Products

The products we represent shall be the best value in the market. We shall all work with each customer so that they feel they are in an important partnership relationship with everyone that has any contact with them from CCB, Inc.

Profitability

The company shall maintain a profitability level that will allow CCB,Inc. to grow in a fiscally conservative manner without diluting shareholder equity and company net worth. We all must strive to produce profits for our company.
