CCB'S
RETURN POLICY IS BASED ON THE MANUFACTURER'S RETURN POLICY.
Opened Disks Are Not Returnable.
1.
No product will be accepted by CCB without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. Please contact your regional sales manager at
CCB for approval and issuance before shipping product back. This will
expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.
2.
Please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA
number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for request
and course of action to take: replacement, return, repair, or credit.
3.
All product return requests must be made within 30 days from the invoice
date, have all original packing materials 100% complete and in resellable
condition. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things products
being 100% complete. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all products being
shipped back to CCB for return, exchange or replacement

Any product returned to CCB after 10 days of receiving your RMA number,
will not be accepted. We cannot accept C.O.D shipments.
6.
Boxed product must not be opened or seal broken.
7.
Defacing any product in any way, such as removing the Serial Number,
or sending a product back without a shipping box or registration form,
will not be accepted, and will invalidate any Return Authorization previously
given.
8.
For your protection, CCB suggests you insure your return shipment, and
use a carrier that can provide you with tracking information or proof-of-delivery.
9.

representative. We are here to serve you and assist you with any problems
and/or concerns that may arise with shipments.
Software Licensing Returns: A processing fee will be charged
for all returns; based on the size of the return.
Software Package Returns: A $7.00 minimum restocking fee will
be required per title on all product returned in resellable condition.
Returning 5 or more items: If 5 or more items are returned at the
same time, there will be a 15%-25% restocking fee of total product returned.
Defective Products: If a package is damaged in transit, REFUSE
delivery and send it back with the carrier if possible. If you accept
the package, note on the carrier's delivery report the condition of
the shipment to you. Save the product and the packing boxes. Notify
CCB immediately to arrange for the return and replacement. These products
can be exchanged for the same title only. No restocking fees on defective
products.
HARDWARE
RETURN POLICY Returns on damaged hardware or incorrect product must
be resolved through your regional sales manager and returned within
10 days. After 10 days, all issues must be resolved through the manufacturer
warranty.
CHANGE
OF TERMS: CCB reserves the right to change any portion of this agreement
without written notice.
Return
privileges vary by manufacturer. Please contact your CCB regional sales
