Ordering
All available items will ship within 24 hours of placing your order.
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST.

Credit Cards
All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval.
1. CCB accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.
Credit card charges are not incurred until the time of shipment. American
Express charges will incur an additional 3.5% administrative fee on
orders under $1,000. American Express orders over $1,000 are required
to be on CCB's 30 day terms.
2. CCB standard credit terms are available upon receipt of a
CCB Credit Application for qualified organizations.
a. A 2% Administrative surcharge is applied to past due credit term
accounts on a monthly basis.
3. Checks payable in US funds only. You agree to pay in U.S.
dollars for all purchases incurred by you or anyone in your organization.
Unauthorized Credit Card Use
You shall assume complete responsibility for and shall use ordinary
care in protecting the safety and security of your Account or Credit
Card.
Business
Checks
CCB will accept business checks for prepay orders. Allow for 10 business
days for clearing on in addition to delivery time of check to our
business.
Returned Check Charge
$25.00 will be charged for any returned checks.
Shipping And Delivery Information
All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
Please contact CCB for specific shipping and administrative charges.
Additional charges will be incurred for Air, or 2-day shipments. CCB
can ship anywhere with a U.S. domestic zip code; including APO/FPO
addresses (for individuals). Outside the continental U.S. requires
additional shipping charges, duties & taxes, which are incurred
by the recipient.
Packaging
The products you receive are for organizational or individual use.
They are not for resale. Some of the Software is packaged with an
academic label, and legal for Nonprofit use.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. CCB cannot be responsible
for errors, omissions, or vendor changes. Every effort has been made
to accurately list prices. In order to satisfy all customers, CCB
reserves the right to limit quantities.
